My First Front Page

Today, Jacques of J'Accuse and moi! made it to the front page of the Malta Independent on Sunday. This is my first front page and being the last Sunday of the year makes it somewhat special.

Bertu on TV

On yesterday's TVM program Dissett one of my Bertoons was featured on the program. The program was an interview with Leader of the Opposition Joseph Muscat and cartoonist Gorg Mallia went through a number of cartoons by local artist portraying JM. The Bertoon featured was Name Calling. 

This is the second time (that I know of) that a Bertoon was featured on TV. The first was right after this year's General Election when journalist Charlon Gouder interviewed Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando and asked him which one of the seven Orlandos he really was. The Bertoon in question was Gonziwhite and the seven Orlandos.
